I’m returning to London for a while after living abroad and what really worries me is how much its changed. I no longer feel safe walking around my old neighbour hood and would like to take a self defence or survival course. thing is i’m a bit broke so it would have to be cheap. I’ll be based in East London, Barking Area. Any suggestions?

Best to look in your local paper, they usually have loads of ads for self defence classes

details in your local paper or contact the local leisure centre try Goresbrook Leisure they have plenty of classes going on if your able to travel that far
